• Non Verbal Communication: Ergonomics / Human Factors and Body Language- Posture; Appearance; Facial Expression; Proximity;
• Verbal Communication: Communication Model; Transactional Analysis; Question and Answer Techniques; Open / Closed Questions; Nominated and Undirected;
• Listening: Student’s Listening; Teachers’ Listening
• Study Skills & Related Issues: Problem Solving; Time Management; note Taking; Reading Strategies; Examination Techniques; Feedback to Students; Referencing;
• Equal Opportunities: Language; Barriers; Assertiveness;

Facilitator: Madam Chuah Siew Yoo holds a Master in Education from Universiti Sains Malaysia, and a BA (Hons) and Diploma in Education from Univesiti Malaya. She has more than 30 years of teaching experience with more than 10 years in education management and administration.
