芙蓉马华终身学习中心于2008年10月正式在芙蓉市设立。

本中心设立于芙蓉市中心严端路三角地夜食中心旁的森美兰福建会馆大厦二楼，交通非常便利。中心前有宽阔的停车场，停车方便。中心内设升降机，方便年长的居民到中心参加活动。

本中心占地接近三千平方尺，内设2间课室、1间电脑室及1间办公室。其中2间课室，可以打通充作百人活动空间。本中心设备齐全，学习环境舒适，包括课室内装置大镜子，适合开办各类式的课程和讲座。

长期将举办的课程包括英国City & Guilds英文课程、4合1电脑班、瑜伽等，为芙蓉社区建立起一个推动学习文化的环境。

New setup Seremban MCA Lifelong Leanring Centre is situated in 2nd floor of Seremban Hokkien Association, short courses offered by the Centre include City & Guilds English, 4-in-1 Basic Computer and Yoga.
